Fire in Shepherd's bush tower block now under control

At least 120 firefighters are tackling a fire in a tower block in west london


London fire Brigade said the blaze at shepherds court, in shepherds bush green,was reported at 15.44 BST and 20 engines are there. The brigade said that the situation is now under control but smoke can be seen across the area.

The blaze affected the 7th, 8th, 9th floors, but the crew remains at the scene. the station across the streets has been closed. The cause of fire is not known at this stage and there are no reports of any injuries or anyone trapped,official says. Shephereds bush green is closed in both directions, leading to queues building between holland road and shepherds bush green and uxbridge road. Fire crews are at the scene. "Its like something out of a horror movie", like goosebumps.
